In 1987, after nine years of business experience which included two years of working as a Consultant to Mobil Oil Corporation, Alan decided it was time to bring his college education in Industrial Psychology and his career to a successful meeting point. That meeting point was the Personnel Consulting profession.
After 5 successful years (1987 to 1992) with a dynamic New York City Executive Search Firm, the opportunity of self-employment arose.
